Seaweed extracts not only smooth and soften the skin, but also contain calcium alginate which has been believed to be instrumental in improving the healing time of burns.
Apply the gel liberally several times a day after sunburn, or just when you need to cool your skin and body down! You might find it even more effective if you keep the gel in the fridge - although it will work well when kept at room temperature.
