Tip

• Apply to lash line and blend into a smudge shadow, if desired, using Brush #28 or your fingers.
• Create a fade-proof cat eye with the tip of pencil.
• Add on to your favourite eye shadows or wear alone.
• No sharpener necessary, simply twist and apply the instant colour-release formula for fuss-free, fade-proof pigment.
