- Starting at the crown, Amethyst is used as a natural tranquilliser, it relieves stress and strain on the body and is said to soothe irritability. 

- The third eye is represented by Lapis Lazuli (or Lazurite) and is thought to enhance wisdom, inner vision, and mental clarity. It’s said to enhance the feeling of self-acceptance.
