WHAT DOES ALMOND OIL CONTAIN?

Among all the nuts in the world, these are almonds (so almond oil, too) that contain the highest concentration of vitamin E; displaying strong antioxidative properties. In addition, almonds feature other vitamins (e.g. A and D) and well as minerals, but mostly they are a source of precious fatty acids belonging to the omega-9 (55%), the omega-6 and omega-3 group.
