Supreme Champion at the 2019 International Cheese Awards, Wyfe of Bath is a semi-hard, Gouda-style cheese that is succulent, nutty, and creamy. With notes of buttercups and summer meadows, it is matured for 4 to 6 months. This traditional-style cheese takes its name from Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales, offering a true taste of old England.

-Bath Blue (200g)

Supreme Champion at the 2014 World Cheese Awards, Bath Blue is a classic blue-veined cheese with a creamy texture and a mellow blue character. Comparable to Stilton but gentler in strength, it balances blue piquancy with smooth richness, earning its title as one of the world’s finest cheeses.

-Blue Cheese Straws

Flaky butter puff pastry infused with our Bath Blue Cheese. Savoury, crisp, and full of flavour, these are a perfect accompaniment to the cheeses.
